Navigating diet culture and its impact can be overwhelming but you don’t have to go through it alone. I will help you develop skills, resilience, and self-compassion so that you can build trust with your body and improve your relationship with food.
I strive to create a safe and supportive environment and value that my clients are the experts of their own experiences and lives.
I implement a client-centered approach and develop individualized nutrition care plans to guide you towards food and body neutrality.
Adolescents (12+), adults, families, parents/caregivers
I have a strong background in public health nutrition which provides me with a unique perspective on the social determinants of health and health promotion theory. I am a strong advocate for my clients and aim to create change both at public level and one on one with my clients.
Claire has been a Registered Dietitian since 2016 and specializes in supporting clients across the lifespan to heal their relationship with food and body. She is a graduate of the University of Guelph, the London Health Sciences Dietetic Internship Program, and an active member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario. Using a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach she empowers her clients to fight against diet culture.
