And it is not the size of your thighs. At The Balanced Practice, we used an adapted a Health at Every Size model, which supports the idea that we can engage in life enhancing and health promoting behaviors regardless of body size.

Health is a combination of controllable and uncontrollable factors. Approximately 70% of health outcomes are predicted by uncontrollable factors such as: genetics, childhood experiences, access to health care, environmental factors, etc.
