My approach

Sometimes my clients feel disconnected from their body, themselves, and the people who are the most important to them. Of course, when this happens, they feel worried about what this means for the future and how they will be able to cope with the challenges that they will be facing with all of the hurt from the past and present. Finding the right therapist can be a daunting experience and it can be difficult to find a therapist whose style matches what you need. This search can lead many to give up or get discouraged.

I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach that fits into what my client needs instead of having my client fit into one singular approach. Everybody is unique and so is the care that they need. I work collaboratively with clients to build a partnership where we create and adapt the best plan of care together.

I offer a safe and flexible environment that is created with the client to best fit their needs and grow with them to provide the best care possible in the least stressful manner possible.

What influences my work

I am part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and am neurodivergent (ADHD). My lived experienced have led me to gain knowledge and experience to better support myself and, now, my clients. Over the years, my body and my relationship to it has changed a lot. From being an active teenager to being part of the acting and modelling scene where I experience a lot of unrealistic expectations put on my body and to today, where I am considered a full-bodied person. I finally feel comfortable with who I am and the body I have. My struggles have led me to study under a leading expert in this field and now I want to bring that knowledge to my clients.

What do I like most about working at TBP

We are privileged to have a diverse team of health practitioners that can aid clients in many different modalities that are all important to increase the chances of having a long-lasting positive outcome. The support and care of the team is a great place to learn and grow. I feel competent clients are getting the best care.

More than just my work

  • “What seems nonadaptive and self-harming in the present was, at some point in our lives, an adaptation to help us endure what we then had to go through.” —Gabor Mate
  • I like to write. I had a difficult upbringing and from an early age writing was a way to escape and deal with my emotions.
  • I like swimming, reading, and playing the bass guitar.
