Family Support

For Eating Disorder Recovery

Your Role in Recovery is Crucial

When a loved one is navigating an eating disorder, it can be hard to know how to help, or even where to begin.

If your child or partner is struggling with an eating disorder, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, scared, and unsure what to do next.

That’s why we created this Family Support Course to guide you step by step with clear, expert support so you can breathe, feel steadier, and take confident action.

What it includes:

  • Easy-to-follow e-learning modules that explain what’s happening, what to do, and how to do it.

  • Practical tools, language, and checklists for meals, communication, boundaries, and safety.

You’ll learn how to respond in tough moments, reduce conflict, and support nourishment without power struggles, while caring for yourself, too.

You don’t need to have the perfect words. You just need the right guidance.

Our team has worked with hundreds of families through recovery.  We’ll walk beside you so your loved one, and your family, can move toward recovery with more clarity and less stress. 💜

Family Support Membership FAQs

Yes. 1:1 care supports your loved one directly, this program supports you. Research shows recovery improves when families are informed and involved. You’ll learn how to reinforce treatment goals, respond effectively at home, and feel more confident in your role.

The course itself is typically not covered. However, if you join the membership some insurance plans do cover group sessions. Because our facilitators are Registered Dietitians and Therapists, we can bill sessions under those designations. We’re happy to provide insurance receipts so you can submit them for potential reimbursement.

We get it, life is full and recovery can feel all-consuming. Recovery also requires support, and a little intentional learning actually saves time. Getting informed reduces daily “what do I do?” guesswork, lowers friction and emotional load, and can shorten the overall recovery timeline because you’re responding effectively sooner. Even a small weekly touchpoint can make everything else easier. We also designed our modules to be bite-sized (think 10–20 mins) so they can fit in real life.

Every recovery is unique, so we can’t guarantee specific results. That said, families commonly report less conflict, fewer crises, and more confidence navigating meals and tough conversations. Many also notice clearer communication, lower caregiver stress, and better alignment with 1:1 providers. Our aim is to equip you with practical tools and weekly coaching so you can apply guidance at home consistently and effectively.

Because this program includes instant access to all course materials and live sessions, we’re unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to review all program details before enrolling to ensure it’s the right fit. Our team is happy to answer any questions before you join.

Yes! You’ll keep access to all course materials, replays, and resources for as long as the program is offered. That means you can revisit lessons, tools, and recordings anytime you need a refresher or extra support along the way.
