What problem do you strive to overcome?

With all the nutrition information on Google, navigating personal nutrition is overwhelming and downright confusing. Sometimes clients are concerned working with a Dietitian means giving up all their favourite foods and restricting/”controlling” oneself to achieve health.

I work with clients through a weight-inclusive, diet-free, and individualistic approach to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for nutrition. I have an all-foods fit approach that focuses on the improvement of one’s health while maintaining the joy and connection food and life bring.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where one can find the support and tools they need to heal their relationship with food, manage chronic illness, and enjoy a well-nourished life free of diet culture and restrictions.

Experience

Jessica has been a Registered Dietitian since 2019 and has worked in multiple different clinic settings including inpatient rehabilitation, hospital, community, and remote diabetes clinic working with and assessing clients with multiple different chronic illnesses. She enjoys supporting clients through the process of rebuilding their relationships with food through a weight inclusive, judgment free lens.
