Taking the first step in your therapeutic journey can be daunting and it’s normal to question whether you’ll find the support you need and if you’ll be able to participate in the work. Finding the right therapist, balancing vulnerability, and navigating cultural and/or identity considerations can feel like a major barrier to taking that first step.
It’s my pleasure to offer a safe, supportive space for you to express and explore your authentic self. My approach is personalized, holistic, and collaborative, meaning I meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you move at a pace that feels right for you.
Through deep listening, gentle guidance, personalized interventions and tangible strategies, we’ll work together to navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change to accomplish your therapeutic goals. I aim to empower you with the tools, confidence, and clarity to not just cope, but truly thrive.
Individuals, teens and adults.
Some of the things that influence and inform my work include lived experiences with the challenges I support, neurodivergence (ADHD), and my background as a South Asian woman.
I’m deeply passionate about being part of a therapeutic team that prioritizes inclusivity, accessibility, and personalized care. What excites me most about working at TBP is the opportunity to collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team that ensures clients receive the most comprehensive and effective care. Supporting clients of The Balanced Practice means providing holistic, client-centered, empowering care individuals to heal in a way that feels sustainable, meaningful, and tailored to their unique journey.
