Many of the folks I work with have spent years navigating environments that didn’t fully see or understand them – leading to anxiety, shame, burnout, or a deep sense of disconnection I support individuals with disordered eating/eating disorders, anxiety, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I draw on modalities from DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I know firsthand how powerful it can be to feel seen and supported as your full self. My approach is warm, collaborative, rooted in a trauma informed lens. I am here to support you in developing practical tools and cultivating self-compassion as we navigate your healing journey. Together, we can find a way forward that honours who you are.

My work is influenced by continuing to learn from those around me. I believe in strengths-based care that focuses on resilience and growth, and I believe that each person’s story is unique. Throughout my work experience, I truly appreciate the connections that I build with clients in the therapeutic space. Witnessing growth from clients and seeing their progress is wonderful. I find myself learning something new within every interaction. Additionally, my own experience with an eating disorder in adolescence has fuelled my desire to continue my work in this field and advocate/support those living with eating disorders, as they are still widely misunderstood.
I truly appreciate how lived experience is at the forefront! It is exciting to be part of a team that prioritizes lived experience and holistic care to work towards fostering meaningful connections and healing. Being in a space that values authenticity, compassion, and community creates meaningful change.
