My Approach

With all the nutrition information on Google, navigating personal nutrition can feel overwhelming and downright confusing. Sometimes, clients are concerned that working with a dietitian means giving up all their favourite foods and restricting or “controlling” oneself to achieve health.

I work with clients through a weight-inclusive, diet-free, and individualized approach to accommodate each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals for nutrition. I have an all-foods-fit approach that focuses on improving one’s health while maintaining the joy and connection that food and life bring.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can find the support and tools they need to heal their relationship with food, manage chronic illness, and enjoy a well-nourished life free of diet culture and restriction.

My Experience

Jessica has been a Registered Dietitian since 2019 and has worked in multiple clinic settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, hospital, community, and remote diabetes clinics, where she assessed and supported clients with a variety of chronic illnesses. She enjoys supporting clients through the process of rebuilding their relationship with food through a weight-inclusive, judgment-free lens.
