My Approach

Food should be simple, but it often is not. Between mixed messages, diet culture, and past experiences, many people can develop strict food rules and lose touch with what their body truly needs.

My approach blends evidence-based nutrition therapy with curiosity, collaboration, and care, creating a safe space to explore the thoughts and patterns that shape how we eat. Together, we work to rebuild trust with food and body, with a focus on feeling nourished and energized to do the things we love most.

What Influences My Work

My choice to become a Registered Dietitian stems from personal health experiences, body image challenges, and disordered eating. Feeling dismissed by health care providers shaped my commitment to creating a space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported.

My client-centred approach is grounded in anti-diet principles and gentle nutrition. I strive to guide patients towards finding peace, ease, and balance in this fuel that is so central to our lives.

What I Like Most About Working at TBP

I am so happy to be a part of a multidisciplinary clinic that shares my values: weight-inclusive and anti-diet culture, with an emphasis on the patient as a whole. Individualized counselling in this setting allows for finding the root cause of a patient’s challenges and, therefore, allows for true healing. TBP is a supportive space in which each practitioner can bring their expertise in an individualized and compassionate way, which I love!
