Many people struggle with guilt, shame, or anxiety around food—feelings often reinforced by years of dieting & body image pressures. Many may feel like their healthcare practitioners are overlooking the symptoms/behaviours that are impacting their day-to-day lives. The constant and conflicting nutrition messages that surround us can make it hard to know what—or who—to trust. Feeling overwhelmed, some may lose intuition and clarity on what their body truly needs to thrive. All of this can leave individuals feeling confused, discouraged, and alone in their health journey.
As a Registered Dietitian, I believe that nutrition care should feel safe, supportive, and playful. My approach is always evidence-based and client-centered. I take time to look at the bigger picture—your values, lifestyle, and personal challenges—so we can build a sustainable and realistic path toward your nutrition goals.
By demystifying ideas & quieting the outside noises of wellness culture, I create a space where patients can reconnect to what their body & mind truly need to feel their best. Food is truly so much more than calories-in and calories-out. With my own lived experience in navigating restrictive food rules and diet culture, I bring empathy and openness into our work together, and I strive for patients to feel heard and empowered.

My choice to become a Registered Dietitian stems from years of personal experience with IBS/SIBO, body dysmorphia & disordered eating. During this time, health practitioners did not take me seriously, and navigating my health made me feel hopeless. I strive to offer a safe space where patients can feel heard, understood and fully supported through their health challenges while developing realistic plans in collaboration with each individual.
I offer a client-centered approach rooted in anti-diet, intuitive/mindful eating and gentle nutrition. I strive to guide patients towards finding peace, ease and balance in this fuel that is so central to our lives.
I am so happy to be a part of a mutli-disciplinary clinic that shares my values: weight-inclusivity & anti-diet culture, with an emphasis on the patient as a whole. Individualized counselling in this setting allows for finding the root cause of a patient’s challenges, and therefore allows for true healing. TBP is a supportive space in which each practitioner can bring their expertise in an individualized & compassionate way, which I love!
